Use it from less than 1% up to 2% in any recipe for a creamier, smoother flavour. Excellent with coffees and other beverages. Blends nicely with fruits, bakery flavors, mints, creamy desserts, the cream in cocktail recipes or even to mellow out a harsh tobacco. Remember you must bring your own sweetness.
